The Business Process Solution (BPS) group works specifically with projects involving maintenance of accounting and tax books of clients, preparation of accounting, tax and other statutory reporting, payroll processing, HR administration for companies operating in all industries.
Project description:
You will be responsible for bookkeeping for retail and service companies, including:
• Collecting, reviewing and processing primary documents (acts of acceptance, waybills, vat-invoices, advance reports, bank statements)
• Preparation of sales documents, including waybills (Torg-12), invoices, vat-invoices to customers
• Posting information to accounting software 1C 8.2 based on primary documents
• Reconciliation of accounts to ensure their accuracy
• Reconciliation of accounts payable and accounts receivable, preparing and distributing the acts of reconciliations to customers and suppliers
• Preparing the payments orders, documents required by bank’s currency control department
Participation in project will allow you:
• Working with experienced team on complex tax and accounting outsourcing projects for multinational companies operating in all industries (Oil & gas, retail, whole-sale trading, media business, etc.).
• Developing tax and accounting skills constantly, being involved in challenging projects.
• Communicating consistently with your current clients, maintain an exceptional level of professional knowledge when holding such discussions and constantly coming across as a credible expert in your field.
• Working with a multifunctional team.
• Managing more than one assignment / project at any given time.
We expect you to meet the following:
• University degree in Accounting, Audit, Finance, Economics.
• 2+ years of relevant experience – obtained either from professional services firms or from industry.
• Solid Russian accounting and tax knowledge (applicable for Russian and foreign companies).
• Experience in preparation of tax, accounting and statistical reporting.
• Strong “1C Accounting” software skills.
• SAP skills are preferable.
• The ability and willingness to learn quickly, teach and coach subordinates.
• Excellent communication skills – fluent Russian and English and the ability to formulate, present and write concise, clear summaries on tax and accounting matters.
• The ability to work effectively in a team and to manage multiple engagements.
• Result orientated with a strong ability to meet tight deadlines.
• A high degree of self-motivation, drive and ambition.
• Strong commitment to providing an excellent service at all times.
